Eagle Careers is an International joint venture with the parent company a HR management company based in China with the Recruiting company based in Australia.
Eagle Careers is a fairly new company but growing rapidly to establish representative offices in NZ, CAN, USA, UK and SA during 2019 and 2020 as well as various office locations throughout Europe and Asia for non-teaching employment opportunities.
DO CANDIDATES NEED A DIPLOMA, DEGREE AND TESL OR CELTA CERTIFICATES?
All candidates require a diploma or degree but not nessesarily in teaching or language fields. Candidates with a non-teaching qualification must have a TESL or CELTA certificate. Qualified teachers with 2 or more years experience need not have completed TESL or CELTA certificates although they are desired with some schools requiring them regardless.
HOW LONG DOES THE EMPLOYMENT AND VISA PROCESS TAKE?
If you have all the relevant information, qualifications and documents, the process is usually less than 2 months from when you instigate the application. We try to streamline the process with our specific online questionaires, document checklists and upload. Once we verify credentials to assess your ability to work and obtain a visa for China, we then offer your application to selected employers and offer you employers to select from. This entire process usually takes between 2 to 3 months during which time you can complete TESL, TEFL or CELTA certification.
